Nantes: a 15-year-old teenager arrested after a chase behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle. “He's already done a bit of everything...He's a permanent fixture, someone we'll see again,” we sigh at the Nantes central police station.
The vehicle driven by the young man the night of the chase had been reported as stolen early in the evening. It was a car stolen from the La Tourmaline rehabilitation center, in Saint-Herblain.
