The police of the Nantes metropolitan area chased and then arrested, on the night of February 29 to March 1, a 15-year-old minor driving a stolen Citröen Xsara.
Refusing to comply during a check, the teenager tried for nearly 20 minutes to outrun the police vehicles chasing him.
His car finally immobilized thanks to a harrow thrown by the police, the young man was arrested in Saint-Herblain around 4 a.m.
He then prepared to flee on foot.
An “unbreakable”
The minor was taken into custody.
Testing positive for THC, a cannabis derivative, he is being prosecuted for

driving under drugs, without a license, refusal to comply and receiving stolen goods”.
“Unfavorably known to the police”
, the teenager has already been implicated in several cases of petty crime.
“He's already done a bit of everything...He's a permanent fixture, someone we'll see again,”

The vehicle driven by the young man the night of the chase had been reported as stolen early in the evening.
It was a car stolen from the La Tourmaline rehabilitation center, in Saint-Herblain, a suburb of Nantes
