Two men, aged 23 and 33, suspected of participating in cigarette trafficking. Police found 5,000 packets of cigarettes and €3,800 in cash in three vehicles.
The two men will appear in court on Monday for "fraudulent possession of highly taxed products" for their part in the cigarette trafficking, police say. The men were arrested in Saint-Priest, in the east of the Lyon metropolis, on January 27 at 11:20 p.m. The three vehicles were seized and confiscated.
