“Our wish is to build small apartments,” says the owner. The city council's building committee expressed sympathy for the project on Thursday, but not on all points. The request for higher development in the rear area was not approved. The residential and commercial building was built in 1899, but it is not listed. There is no timetable for demolition and new construction yet.
