Île-de-France Mobilités has just ordered new trains for lines 12, 13 and 8. The board of directors also placed an order for 3,500 “clean” buses and coaches.
The amount of the order will exceed one billion euros and will be 100% financed by the authority which organizes transport. The first copies of the new trains will arrive on line 10 in the second half of 2025, says IDFM. But IDFM warns that the schedule will have to be monitored - as we can read in the IDFM report.
