Sparkasse Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen was looking for a new location in Loisachstadt for a long time. The financial institution has purchased a property measuring around 4,400 square meters at Pfaffenrieder Straße 5, on the site of the closed drug manufacturer Haupt Pharma.
An advice center is expected to open there in five years at the latest. Sparkasse doesn't want to completely leave the centrally located building on Sauerlacher Strasse.
