To reduce the risk of death, men need to do 300 minutes of exercise per week. For women, 140 minutes is enough. Gap between women and men – researchers evaluate data from 400,000 people. Women could use a higher breathing rate, metabolism and physical effort for the same movement and thereby achieve greater health benefits.
