Prince George (9) was one of the eight pages of honour at the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. The pages of honor are supposed to be at least twelve years old, but an exception was made for Prince George.
King Charles was sympathetic and allowed Prince George to wear black trousers with gold side stripes instead of knee-length breeches and tights. George's parents Princess Kate (41) and Prince William had worried in the run-up to Charles III's coronation that the pressure their eldest son would face might be too great.
