Not finished, but already rented: Great interest in Starnberg’s “Engelhof”. 17 apartments are being built in the new building called Engelhof on the corner of Ludwigstrasse and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Strasse.
According to the owners, the smallest units have already been rented out, even though they are not finished yet - across the board to Starnberger. The first tenants will be able to move in on July 1st of this year, says co-owner Philipp Morgenstern.
