Two bodies of people aged about 40 were found at the scene, contradicting the initial direction of investigation. Police now suspect that the perpetrator of the murder is the couple's son.
The bodies will be transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for a final identification process and examination of the circumstances. Police have now arrested a resident of the city in his twenties in Netanya as part of the investigation into the double murder incident today. At this stage, the victims, who are in their forties, have not yet been definitively identified.
