Stefan Oberdieck and Alexander Arenz presented their tech start-up "Smart Industry Solutions" to the Oberding municipal council on Tuesday. The company advertises itself as a full-service provider of wiring systems and automation solutions.
Its customers include well-known names such as BMW, BASF, AGFA, Audi, Stihl and Kyocera. The municipality is expanding the business in a large special area on Eichenstraße to almost 20 hectares. As reported, a good half of this will go to logistics company Group7, which will triple its operating area.
