There is currently no such women’s shelter in Landsberg district. The donation is “an important building block on the way to implementing a women”s shelter, said Margit Däubler, who is part of Landsberg Women's Shelter initiative group. The district does finance places in the Augsburg women's Shelter, where women from the district can find accommodation in an emergency.
