A PV system will be built south of the A99, to the right and left of Siegertsbrunner Weg. Following a change in the law, construction is now possible without a development plan.
The planned PV system is located up to 200 meters away from the motorway, which is why the project does not require any approval. The necessary compensatory measures under nature conservation law and species protection law were coordinated with the responsible lower nature conservation authority. The area should be enclosed and integrated into the landscape through planting so that the landscape is not impaired.
