The house was built in the past by the "Neuman Hainer" office. Designer Keren Niv Toledano was entrusted with the task.

A task that included a massive renovation and turning the house into a boutique and full of style. The space with smoky parquet, against a wall covered with gray ket stones, provides a wonderful background to the wild and mountainous landscape of the Carmel Range. The master suite includes a closet, also in blue tones, with brass strips that decorate them, and a bathroom nearby. A lower floor leads to the children's rooms which are divided into wings. This floor is not a basement, since the house is located on the side of a mountain, one side is open to the view. This room is decorated in light colors and includes access to the balcony, as well as a private black and white mosaic flooring, an iron chest of drawers and a brass touches. One of the boys' rooms belongs to the boys, and his three brothers live in the second.
