Starnberg Marionette Theater has finally separated from the city of Starnberg. 12 puppeteers took the reins themselves and founded the Starnberger Marionettentheater eV association at the adult education center.
In this way, the donor's wish for around 300 puppets will be fulfilled. The puppet theater puts on a play once a year, but now the city has to save, says player Uwe Mertsch. “I just really enjoy bringing a character to life,” says Margit Hofstetter.
