Food repatidores by application have found a business niche in the orders of migrants in Tijuana. Since 2020, Title 42 allowed the United States to expel migrants during the coronavirus emergency.
When this policy expired, it gave way to the current Title 8 that provides for deportations and the denial of asylum to offenders. Some arrive with food and sell it directly on site. Others deliver orders that have been previously paid for as donations in Mexico and sent to migrants at the wall.
