Owner mauled, owner killed – American Bully XL shot by police. 35-year-old man seriously injured by his own dog in Geesthacht, Schleswig-Holstein.
The same dog had previously attacked the man's partner two weeks ago. The attack occurred after she slipped on black ice while out for a walk. She was also seriously injured and remains in hospital. Just a few weeks ago there was another serious dog attack in Lauenburg. However, the dog defended his master from an ax attack.
