A judicial investigation for assassination and participation in a criminal association with a view to committing a crime was opened on Friday. The minor was requested to be placed in pre-trial detention, he added. The victim had received several stab wounds to the chest, a source close to the case said. The acts are likely to have been committed in a context of rival gangs, the prosecution argued.
