A woman was hit by a bus on Boulevard Saint-Michel, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. The driver was arrested for unintentional injury and breach of duty of care.
The victim had head trauma and was in a coma, according to a source close to the investigation. His life prognosis was in jeopardy when he arrived at the hospital, the source said. The Judicial Accident Processing Department, informed of the facts, also came to the scene. The magistrate requested that the bus be sealed.
