Paris: an escapee, equipped with a jerrycan and a gas bottle, arrested while he wanted to speak to Emmanuel Macron. A man wearing an electronic bracelet came from Angers (Maine-et-Loire) to, according to him, make revelations to the President of the Republic.
Faced with this escape, the man was therefore placed in police custody. Then, he was taken to the medical-judicial unit services before being transported to the psychiatric infirmary of the police headquarters.
