The City of Paris intends to semi-pedestrianize the Place du Trocadéro and the Pont d'Iéna. Main change compared to the last version presented: “Reducing the vegetation” The City still wishes to pedestrianize the center of this structure — “used by 50,000 pedestrians every day” and create two shared lanes on either side, dedicated to bicycles, buses, taxis and emergency vehicles.

But there is no longer any question of planting trees directly in the ground.
