Parisians in the 13th arrondissement of Paris should receive an unexpected notification on their cell phones. This is a large-scale test of the national alert and information system.
The objective is simply, to “raise awareness” among the French about the right behavior in the event of “natural, industrial, terrorist or health” danger. Two other test dates are planned in Paris, Friday March 22, and Tuesday April 23 between 12 p.m. and 1 p. m.
