Tourist office published its monthly barometer this Monday. The study observes a decline in tourism in the capital, before an immediate rise in 2024.

In January and February, Greater Paris welcomed nearly 5.1 million tourists. This is a decrease of 2.7% compared to 2023. The month of April saw a slowdown of 18.8% in expected arrivals from traditional European markets, as well as a 4.5% slowdown in those from the United States. These decreases are, however, partially offset by continued growth in tourism from Asian markets.
