Parking garage in the old town is coming - but how? Wolfratshauser comes forward with a suggestion. Gardener Hans Gärtner has designed a parking deck on Hatzplatz - it should also impress visually with a chic wooden facade.
The deck will have 121 parking spaces on two levels - around 50 more than before. The construction height should only be 1.7 meters above the current ground level because the area will be lowered - between 50 centimeters and 1.5 meters deep. The upper deck of the parking garage will be designed as a piazza and will be “suitable for a variety of events and markets”
