Partial municipal election in Garches: in the first round, outgoing mayor Jeanne Bessentiel ahead… by a short head. If the outgoing mayor, candidate for her own re-election, takes the lead with 35% of the votes cast, she only has a very short lead over her main competitor Yves Menel (DVD), whom she is only ahead of by 177 votes.
