Patricia Bullrich denounced Horacio Pietragalla Corti for "betrayal of the country" for the Maldonado case. Bullrich accuses him oftreason, abuse of authority and violation of the duties of a public official.
The minister made the criminal complaint against the former Secretary of Human Rights. It is for the cause that Santiago Mald onado's family initiated against Argentina before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Bullrich says in the complaint. The former official of the government of Alberto Fernández, made in May 2022 "a presentation before the aforementioned international organization," she says.
