Two police officers were injured in Perpignan this Thursday, April 4. One was hit with a stick, the other was stabbed while trying to help the first.
The events took place around 9 a.m., shortly after the start of a large anti-drug police operation in the Saint-Mathieu district. The attacker, described as marginal, was subdued and arrested by the police. The national police wished on X a “good recovery to the injured police colleagues”.
