Pommeuse: relaxation required after the drowning of a child in the campsite swimming pool. This Monday afternoon, the criminal court of Meaux (Seine-et-Marne) examined the complaint of the parents of the 5-year-old child against the manager of Pommeuse campsite.
“It is difficult to have certain chronological benchmarks in this case. It’s very vague in the procedure,” lamented the judge this Monday afternoon in courtroom number 2 of the Meaux courthouse. The judges' decision will be rendered on Monday February 26.
