[HIGHLIGHTS] Proud of their terraces, 96% of Parisians frequent them, half of whom “at least once a week”

Survey: 96% of Parisians say they frequent the capital's terraces. Half of these 96% visit them “at least once a week”, which is twice as much as the national average.

“The terraces are a Parisian breath,” enthuses Pascal Mousset, president of the Groupement des hôtelleries et restorations (GHR), which claims 5,000 restaurants, cafes, hotels in Île-de-France.
