67 plaintiffs, including freed abductees, filed a lawsuit in federal court in the US demanding that Iran take responsibility for the murderous attack by Hamas. Among the 67 plaintiffs, abductees who were released from Hamas captivity, family members of the murdered and people who were injured in the massacre.
"Iran provided the terrorist organizations with resources that allowed them to murder, torture, rape and kidnap Israelis - men and women, children, young and elderly," the lawsuit states. "The resources that Iran provided enabled the rape, murder and torture of Israelis, atrocities reminiscent of the Nazi death camps"
