Cell phone video of the incident at the train station leaves you stunned. Police have identified all three people involved.
The bully, the victim and the videographer are under 18 years old and come from the Frankenberg region. Police advise not to forward the video. Forwarding the video is also a criminal offense and will be prosecuted by the police. The Frankenberg police are currently investigating the thug for bodily harm. The case will then be handed over to the Marburg public prosecutor. Nothing can be said at the moment about a punishment for the bully.
