The Paris Café Festival focuses on specialty coffee, the most precious there is. The event takes place between Saturday and Monday at the Carreau du Temple (IIIe) In parallel to the festival, Laurent is participating in training in the coffee sector.

Laurent: “My only requirement, until now, was taste, but I am increasingly demanding about provenance and traceability.” The event is open to the public and runs from March 9 to March 11 at the Carrera du Temple.
