Patient claims to have been sexually assaulted in 2021 while she was in the intensive care unit after a heart attack. For her, her attacker would be the man arrested at the end of January for rape in similar circumstances.
On Monday, she was invited to file a complaint at the Nice central police station, at the Auvare barracks. The investigations, entrusted to the criminal brigade of the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Security, are continuing. The prosecutor indicates that he does not want to communicate at this stage on the case.
