Marine Coré Baillais is the founder of Digital Pastry in Louviers, France. In her 200 m2 workshop, she 3D prints cakes and other sweet and savory tart bases.
On the show “Who wants to be my partner” broadcast this Wednesday at 9:10 p.m. on M 6, she will try to convince the jury to finance her next fundraiser allowing her to build a factory. She hopes to raise 1 million euros and will thus be able to apply for the “First factory” program of the BPI.
