The average price per square meter of Parisian apartments reached 9,403 euros as of March 1. It fell by 0.7% in one month and by 1.4% between January 1 and February 29.
In one year, the fall in prices reached 6.6% and 10% since January 2022. We have to go back to the summer of 2018 to find this price level below 9,500 euros/m2. The question may seem ridiculous, but it is nevertheless very real.
