The deficit for the community is unprecedentedly low at less than 100,000 euros. The bathroom is getting old - the community needs to invest. Hotel Teralofal is up for sale again – for several million euros again. The shortage of skilled workers is another issue, fortunately we were able to maintain the staffing level and avoid a reduction in opening times. Childcare should remain affordable.
