The 19-year-old young man, whose license is invalid, fled the police before crashing into two stationary cars last Monday in Pa Pa. The driver lost control and violently collided with two stationary vehicles.
His front passenger, a 17- year-old teenager, seriously injured, was hospitalized with a life-threatening prognosis. “A judicial investigation into the counts of aggravated refusal to comply and aggravated involuntary injuries has been opened,” specifies the prosecution. The suspect, moreover, was driving without a valid license.
