[HIGHLIGHTS] Return to the pre-Covid offer, Olympics, RER struggles… the boss of Transilien reassures on the subjects that irritate

Alain Ribat is the general director of Transilien, the Ile-de-France entity of SNCF Voyageurs. He took over from Sylvie Charles, of whom he was deputy, last September.

Ribat assures that he is working hard to restore the service, in particular on the RER B, C and D. The RER has just formalized the return to an offer equivalent to that in force in 2019, before the long Covid-19 crisis.
