Cristina Kirchner's defense presented challenges against a judge of the Federal Court of Criminal Cassation and against the prosecutor of that instance involved in the Roads case. She requested that the hearings to review her sentence be suspended until the issues are resolved, to avoid subsequent annulments.

The former president's defense maintained that prosecutor Mario Villar presented last Monday a contradictory position with another that the Public Prosecutor's Office held in another case. The hearings began on Monday. The Federal Oral Court 2 (TOF 2) unanimously found Cristina Kir chner responsible for the crime of fraudulent administration to the detriment of the State.
