José Sixto Torren, 42, was shot dead at the door of his home in Rosario. It is the fourth homicide of a member of the player's family in the last 13 years.
Torren's crime is investigated by the prosecutor of the Intentional Homicide unit on duty, Patricio Saldutti. On Friday, at least two young men were shot dead ten minutes apart in attacks across the city.. The homicide is the 129th registered in the Rosario department in 2023, the most violent in the history of the city of Santa Fe.
