Russian oil giant Lukoil announced the "sudden" death of its vice president, Vitaly Robertus, at the age of 54. According to Telegram channels, Russian media close to the intelligence services, Robertus was found dead, hanging in the bathroom of his office.
Robertus had been with Lukoil for more than 30 years and is the latest in a series of senior oil and gas executives to die in sudden circumstances. The manager committed suicide and died of asphyxiation. He had worked for the company for 30 years.
