Saving village culture: Gaißach is planning a cooperative and a “reserve host”. The planned building is to be built where there were once two water reserves.
Carnival balls with up to 500 visitors or wedding celebrations for around 200 guests should be able to take place there. A sense of togetherness and community are top priorities for the planned cooperative. The community would contribute 750,000 euros to the project, which is estimated to cost a total of 1.5 million euros.
