The future industrial site located in Provins will supply the canteens of 300 middle and high schools in Seine-et-Marne. The delivery is scheduled for the spring and the sixty employees who will work there are currently being recruited.
“It’s not a canteen, it's an industrial tool,” recalled Olivier Lavenka (LR), the mayor of Provins and vice-president of the department. More than 90 farms and agricultural operations in Île-de-France will supply this platform.
