The expansion cannot be completely banned, as the manufacturing process of the feed cops for horses is dust-intensive and therefore cannot simply take place in a commercial area. If the district office still approves halls six and seven, the municipality will consider filing a lawsuit. “This is about the curtailment of our planning sovereignty, which at least I will not accept,” says Mayor Michael Grasl.
