Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi David Lau and Rabbi Eliyahu Malol, flew tonight from Colombia to Madrid and from there to Israel. While waiting in Madrid, the rabbis met with dignitaries of the local Jewish community at the airport.
The rabbis and heads of the community waited for the distinguished delegation inside the field, and immediately left with the vehicle without the procedure we are all familiar with. Rabbi Nissim Levy, the grandson of the tzaddik gaon, arranged the entire procedure from his office in Israel.
