Man, 44, indicted and placed in pre-trial detention for the murder of a forty-year-old. The victim had a wound on his stomach, probably caused by a knife.
Following traces of blood, the police easily discovered the alleged perpetrator. The imprisoned individual was “obviously drunk”, without any particular link having been established between him and his victim, aged 41. The investigation is entrusted to the Seine-Saint-Denis judicial police. The man, born in India according to the prosecution, could not be resuscitated.
