A 34-year-old woman's water broke on the public highway in Aulnay-sous-Bois on February 5 around 6 p.m. Rabah Soltani, a delivery man, saw the woman writhing in pain.

"She was on a reservation in the middle of the road,” explains this Algerian. “I immediately parked and went to help him,’ says Rabah. The woman gave birth to a son, who was named Rabah by his mother.
