Senior4Good seeks to fight against the stereotypes of which seniors in companies are victims. "We have never observed a sudden decline across the board," says Benoît Serre, vice-president of the National Association of HRDs (ANDRH) "Half-employees" are becoming more and more inaccessible and unacceptable for public finances and those of companies, says Frédérique Jeske, head of Senior4Good.
"I would like to be shown a study that proves that productivity drops after 50 years," says Jeske.
