The MAG Corps filed an indictment against a soldier on suspicion of threatening and beating a Palestinian together with three other fighters, including with weapons. The incident was covered up and the versions coordinated.
Two of the soldiers have been remanded in custody and the third will remain in open detention. An indictment is also expected to be filed against the other three soldiers, subject to a hearing. The soldier with the rank of Staff Sergeant from the Golani Brigade is accused of assault, aggravated abuse and threats against a Palestinian.
