The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation declared a claim abstract and revoked a ruling from a Labor appeals chamber. The disaffiliation of the Santa Fe Truckers Union, led by Sergio Aladio, of the National Federation of Truckers, was final.
The case originated in the intervention ordered on April 24, 2014, regarding the Union of Truck Drivers, Workers and Employees of Automotive Freight Transport, Logistics and Services of Santa Fe. The Supreme Court understood that "it is also appropriate to revoke the appealed ruling of the Labor Chamber," judicial sources informed Clarín.
